Russia Tests Hypersonic PAK-DA Bomber Capable Of Launching Nuclear Weapons From Space, Avoiding Radar

Russia's latest military weapon could be a stealth bomber capable of flying at hypersonic speeds and dropping nuclear bombs from space. The hypersonic PAK-DA strategic bomber will be able to fly anywhere in the world invisible to radar and is expected to take flight in 2020, according to the Kremlin. 

The aircraft reaching five times the speed of sound will be armed with long-range ballistics, including hypersonic missiles with nuclear capabilities. It comes with a hybrid Turbofan engine that allows it to run on traditional kerosene fuel or methane and oxygen. It will allegedly be able to travel any distance in two hours. 

"The idea is that the bomber will take off from a normal home airfield to patrol Russian airspace. Upon command it will ascend into outer space, strike a target with nuclear warheads and then return to its home base," Lt. Col. Aleksei Solodovnikov told RIA Novosti Wednesday. "We are cooperating with Russia’s Central Aerohydrodynamic Institute on the design of an airframe and the aircraft's characteristics. I think that its lift-off mass must be 20-25 metric tons for it to be a strike aircraft. It will [be able to accelerate to] hypersonic speed in rocket mode."

DYI Comments:  The neocons and the military industrial complex desires to gin up a new cold war with the Russians, if this bomber is for real, they will have their new war.  Hopefully this will only remain as a cold war and not go hot as so many people have forgotten the death and devastation of WWI & WWII.  The deadliness of today's nuclear weapons is beyond the scope of imagination.

Russia's back is being pushed further and further up against a wall as the alliance [U.S./U.K./NATO/EU] in its pursuit of oil and gas, stripping away her satellite countries with known hydrocarbon reserves.  Their end game is the breakup of Russia especially the political subdivisions east of the Ural Mountains creating new countries needing technical assistance of western oil and gas companies.  Bringing these new countries into the sphere of the alliance.  If this is accomplished the alliance would have the ability to turn off oil and gas sales to China as well.  The game of geopolitics is being played out.  China is now reacting.

 China to close part of South China Sea for military exercise  

BEIJING — China is closing off a part of the South China Sea for military exercises this week, the government said Monday, days after an international tribunal ruled against Beijing’s claim to ownership of virtually the entire strategic waterway.

The announcement of the drills came in the middle of a three-day visit to China by the U.S. Navy’s top admiral, Chief of Naval Operations Adm. John Richardson, to discuss the South China Sea dispute and ways to boost interactions between the two militaries.

 China rejected last Tuesday’s ruling by the Hague-based Permanent Court of Arbitration in a case initiated by the Philippines, and refused to take part in the arbitration[DYI - China knows they would lose]. It asserts that islands in the South China Sea are “China’s inherent territory,” and says it could declare an air defense identification zone over the waters if it felt threatened.

The tribunal ruled that China violated international maritime law by building up artificial islands in the South China Sea that destroyed coral reefs, and by disrupting fishing and oil exploration.

DYI:  Aggressive behavior over natural resources especially oil and gas being played out by China is the South China Sea.  In a nut shell China as opposed to Russia is on the offensive and has stated many times in their news outlets that war with America is inevitable.  China is very nationalistic to the point of delusion.  Unfortunately war drums can be heard between China and American allies in the east.  This could very possibly go world wide with the Allies being U.S./U.K./NATO/EU/Russia and Iran.  As they say politics makes for strange bedfellows.  Remember during WWII the Soviet's were on the Allies side.  When I list the Axis powers you will see why Iran ally's with the Allies.
