They Don’t Work To Kill All Dissent, They Just Keep It From Going Mainstream

One of the most consequential collective delusions circulating in our society is the belief that our society is free. Our society is exactly free enough to create the illusion that we have freedom; from that line onwards it’s just totalitarianism veiled in propaganda.

I get comments from people every day wagging their fingers at my criticisms of western imperialist agendas against nations like China or Iran saying “If you lived over there you wouldn’t be allowed to criticize the government the way you criticize western governments!”

It is true that dissidents are permitted to criticize the government systems of the US-centralized empire to an extent, but only to an extent. Yes, as long as my criticisms of capitalism, oligarchy and imperialism remain relegated to the fringes of influence I am indeed permitted to express my views unmolested. If however I somehow ascended to a position of significant mainstream influence I would be targeted and smeared until my reputation was ruined or I had a psychological breakdown and went away. You may be certain of this.

The managers of empire do not work to crush and silence all dissent like a conventional totalitarian regime would do. They are much more clever than that.

In a society that maintains the illusion of freedom in order to prevent outrage and revolution, it does not serve rulers to stifle all dissent.

Just the opposite in fact: their interests are served by having a small number of dissidents hanging around the fringes of society creating the illusion of freedom.

DYI Quick Note:  This is why the elites – [manage by top levels in government] – maintain the two political party illusion as well!  Left and right wing of the same establishment parties.  

If Johnny Hempshirt over there is allowed to stand on a soapbox and criticize the US war machine, then the US must be a free country.

So they don’t work to silence all dissent. What they do is work to make sure that dissent never hits a critical mass and goes mainstream. That’s their sweet spot. That’s what the entire imperial propaganda engine is geared toward accomplishing. Not to eliminate socialist and anti-imperialist voices, but to make sure they never attain enough influence to be politically consequential.

This is why you rarely see anyone who opposes the empire platformed on mainstream media. The imperial narrative managers work to shrink the Overton window of acceptable

This is also why you saw the imperial narrative managers completely lose their minds during the Tulsi Gabbard presidential campaign. It wasn’t because they feared she could win the election, it was because there was a US congresswoman standing on mainstream liberal platforms criticizing certain critical aspects of US warmongering. Someone had attained a position of influence and was using that influence to disrupt narratives that are very important for powerful people to maintain. She therefore needed to be smeared very aggressively to nullify the influence she was having.

So the good news is that they can’t get rid of us altogether or they’ll shatter the illusion of freedom, while the bad news is that they’re working tirelessly to prevent us from ever attaining a critical mass of political consequence. Our job is to find a way to outmaneuver them and attain that critical mass anyway so that we can use the power of our numbers to force real change. We know they can’t shut us down completely or else they’ll break the illusion of freedom and lose the ability to propagandize effectively, which is an ability the entire empire depends upon.

Our job is to wake up the mainstream public. This is very feasible, as trust in the imperial media is at an all-time low while our ability to network and share information is at an all-time high. It does mean we need to stop thinking of ourselves as radicals (we’re not radical, we’re just sane) and push inward from the fringes to the heart of the mainstream public as hard as we can.

We’ve got creativity, inspiration and humor on our side, and if we can wake up a critical mass of people to the fact that they live in a profoundly unfree society disguised by propaganda we’ll have the numbers too. We absolutely can win this thing, we just have to push hard enough for it.

You Must Not ‘Do Your Own Research’ When It Comes To Science

“Research both sides and make up your own mind.” It’s simple, straightforward, common sense advice. And when it comes to issues like vaccinations, climate change, and the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, it can be dangerous, destructive, and even deadly. The techniques that most of us use to navigate most of our decisions in life — gathering information, evaluating it based on what we know, and choosing a course of action — can lead to spectacular failures when it comes to a scientific matter.

The reason is simple: most of us, even those of us who are scientists ourselves, lack the relevant scientific expertise needed to adequately evaluate that research on our own. In our own fields, we are aware of the full suite of data, of how those puzzle pieces fit together, and what the frontiers of our knowledge is. When laypersons espouse opinions on those matters, it’s immediately clear to us where the gaps in their understanding are and where they’ve misled themselves in their reasoning. When they take up the arguments of a contrarian scientist, we recognize what they’re overlooking, misinterpreting, or omitting. Unless we start valuing the actual expertise that legitimate experts have spent lifetimes developing, “doing our own research” could lead to immeasurable, unnecessary suffering.

DYI:  The article bends over backwards attempting to prove that an educated and informed citizenry should not be attempted the populous will always arrive at the wrong answer.  Forbes magazine is geared towards white collar upper educated individuals I wonder how many will let their subscription lapse after being insulted to this degree??  This very well could be a "propaganda roll out" as the New York Times doubles down with a similar article.

“There remains nothing, in culture or in nature, which has not been transformed, and polluted, according to the means and interests of modern industry”, wrote Guy Debord in his superb 1988 book Commentaires sur la société du spectacle.

He warned darkly of “provocation, infiltration, and various forms of elimination of authentic critique in favour of a false one which will have been created for this purpose”.

Today this manufactured astroturf “dissent” covers practically the whole political and cultural terrain, with only tiny green shoots of authenticity able to occasionally break through the plastic carpet of suffocating artifice.

It will not, perhaps, have come as much of a surprise to clued-up anti-capitalists and anarchists to learn that the Global Shapers movement set up by the World Economic Forum does not really represent the views of the the world’s youth but of big business networks pushing the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Likewise, there is something predictable about the way the impact capitalism i.e. fascism promoted by Tony Blair’s banker Ronald Cohen uses the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals to lend a cloak of apparent virtue to its profiteering efforts.

DYI:  I want to dispel any notion that I’m some sort of socialist that has seen liberals highjack by profiteers – [they have indeed] – politically I’m a small government constitutional driven libertarian.  What the author is highlighting is controlled opposition groups that are left of center or socialists all for the benefit international corporations.  This is happening here in the States playing both sides whether left or right; once again to benefit international mega sized corporations.  The latest staged faked dog and pony show was the storming – [more like walking in with plenty of photo-video ops, all provided by 200 plus crises actors] – the Congressional building in Washington D.C. blackwashing conservatives by labeling them as domestic terrorist.

A major source of stress during the COVID-19 debacle has been the sweeping loss of constitutional rights in countries like the U.S. Americans are used to having the right to make their own decisions about almost everything, ranging from when to open and close their businesses to which medical interventions to choose. For the record, the loss of individual rights is not new – our rights have been gradually eroded during the last several years. What is new is the degree of government intrusion into our lives and the speed with which our rights have disappeared. At this time, we no longer live in a free country. One of the reasons we are working with groups that have filed lawsuits and will continue to file more of them is that the last working branch of our government is the court system. The courts are our only hope for restoring our rights and our freedoms at this time.

While this debacle continues, it seems that the two biggest sources of angst are mandates concerning masks and vaccines. I receive several hundred emails per week asking if the government can make people wear masks, and if governments and employers can force someone get one of the COVID-19 vaccines.

Let’s start with some bad news - masks. There are no laws mandating that people must wear masks. However, criminals do not follow laws – they make up their own rules. Some state and local governments have been taken over by criminals who have mandated that masks be worn in public places. 

And the criminals in charge of the Centers for Disease Control have mandated that masks must be worn when using any form of public transportation.

Is this legal? No. But again, criminals do not follow the law.

 If you want to ride the bus, use the subway system in your city or fly on a plane, you will need to wear a mask.

What about exemptions? Most of the unconstitutional mask mandates include exemptions based on age or health. But these are routinely ignored. Some criminal entities claim to recognize exemptions if documented by a physician. There are two problems. The first is that state medical boards have been weaponized to discourage doctors from thinking on their own or acting in the best interest of their patients. Actions like issuing a mask exemption or prescribing an inexpensive therapeutic for COVID-19 can result in an investigation and even the threat of licensure revocation. One doctor in Minnesota is currently being investigated by the medical board for reviewing evidence concerning the risks and benefits of vaccines with patients. Consequently, it is difficult to get an exemption from a doctor.[1]

When engaging in day-to-day activities like grocery shopping or getting a haircut most people can find places in which masks are not required. But if your employer demands that you wear a mask, or you plan to fly to another location, you will have to wear a mask – for now. Eventually, once we are finished suing the states and the feds and we prove that there was no reason for an emergency declaration and that our rulers have committed fraud, we will start suing the airlines, and the big box stores, and employers and so on. These lawsuits will be much more likely to succeed after we have proven through the courts that there was no pandemic and that these entities instituted their unconstitutional and arbitrary rules in response to seasonal flu. 

I have good and bad news about the potential for employer mandates for COVID vaccines.  First, the bad news. Some healthcare institutions are requiring a COVID vaccine. Many, if not most of them have required flu vaccines in previous years. At this time, according to the CDC, 24 states require that healthcare workers in long-term care facilities receive a flu vaccine,[2] and 32 states required that patients in these facilities get a flu vaccine. While some employees have managed to get exemptions approved in the past, this may be much more difficult due to the hysteria generated by the declaration of the fake pandemic emergency.

There is better news – at least for now – for non-healthcare workers. The two vaccines currently available in the U.S. were approved under Emergency Use Authorization and are considered investigational. They are not fully licensed. Both states and private businesses cannot mandate that anyone receive a product that is not fully licensed by the FDA.

According to 21 U.S. Code § 360bbb–3 - Authorization for medical products for use in emergencies, people must be informed of the following:   

  (I) that the Secretary [of Health and Human Services] has authorized the emergency use of the product;

 (II) of the significant known and potential benefits and risks of such use, and of the extent to which such benefits and risks are unknown; and

(III) of the option to accept or refuse administration of the product, of the consequences, if any, of refusing administration of the product, and of the alternatives to the product that are available and of their benefits and risks.[3]

According to the FDA, federal law prevails:

"FDA believes that the terms and conditions of an EUA issued under section 564 preempt state or local law, both legislative requirements and common-law duties, that impose different or additional requirements on the medical product for which the EUA was issued in the context of the emergency declared under section 564 … In an emergency, it is critical that the conditions that are part of the EUA or an order or waiver issued pursuant to section 564A — those that FDA has determined to be necessary or appropriate to protect the public health—be strictly followed, and that no additional conditions be imposed."[4]

The executive secretary of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), a committee of the Centers for Disease Control, confirmed this during a meeting in August 2020:

"I just wanted to add that, just wanted to remind everybody, that under an Emergency Use Authorization, an EUA, vaccines are not allowed to be mandatory. So, early in this vaccination phase, individuals will have to be consented and they won’t be able to be mandated."[5]

This does not mean that some employers won’t try to mandate COVID vaccines for their employees. But they will face several problems. An interesting legal precedent is Doe#1 v Rumsfeld, in which the court ruled that a vaccine approved under an EUA could not be mandated even for military personnel.[6] 

Employee backlash and the potential for losing qualified long-term employees who may be difficult to replace may be an issue. Some employees might sue and file for temporary injunction, which could result in lengthy and expensive litigation.

Liability is another issue. We’ve been advising employers for years about the potential liability associated with offering incentives to employees such as discounts on health insurance co-pays in return for agreeing to medical intervention. For example, a woman agrees to have a mammogram in order to save $50 per month on her co -pay for employer-sponsored insurance. She is diagnosed with ductal carcinoma in situ as a result of the mammogram. DCIS is not cancer; but her uninformed doctor advises her to have surgery and radiation. If she later finds out that she was over-diagnosed and overtreated, she might sue her employer for coercing her to have a mammogram. A firm mandate – for example a COVID-19 vaccine - as a condition of employment may increase the potential liability even more. It is almost inevitable that trial lawyers will be willing and ready to take these cases and sue for damages if employees are injured by COVID-19 vaccines. Employers can lose even if they ultimately win due to the cost of litigation, and presentation of the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) data concerning COVID vaccines to an employer considering mandates may be all that is required to change his/her mind.

Last but not least, more and more lawsuits alleging that there was and is no pandemic/emergency are being filed. Some of these cases have already succeeded in other countries (detailed analysis of these cases will be provided in a future newsletter). If there is no pandemic and there is no emergency, then there is no justification for an emergency use authorization, and the government would have to rescind the EUAs. Then the COVID-19 vaccines would be subjected to more normal licensing procedures. It is almost certain that the vaccines would be approved – almost 96% of submissions to FDA from drug companies are approved. But without the constant false COVID hysteria, it would be difficult to force thinking people to get these vaccines.

Exposed: There’s a new federal court to handle all the expected COVID vaccine-injury claims

The simple truth is:

 The US government is anticipating many people will be filing claims for compensation, when their family members are harmed or killed by a new COVID vaccine.

Of course, the government isn’t coming right out and admitting that.

The press will tout the usual excuses for injury and death. “He died from COVID, not the vaccine.” “Well, there was just one bad batch of vaccines.” “Because COVID is such a dire situation, and we’re rushing to save lives, a few mistakes are inevitable.”

Anything but the truth:  

THE VACCINE IS HIGHLY TOXIC.

This new federal vaccine court for COVID will operate exactly like the present system for paying out claims for vaccine injury to children. Citizens have to jump through many absurd hoops and navigate all sorts of red tape, to try to squeeze money out of the federal government. The system is set up that way. It’s your basic bureaucratic nightmare.

The language that establishes the new COVID vaccine court is found in the Federal Register, 3/17/20, buried in section 14 of a document titled: “Declaration Under the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act for Medical Countermeasures Against COVID-19.”

Here is the relevant passage in that document:

“Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program…Section 319F-4 of the PHS Act, 42 U.S.C. 247d-6e, authorizes the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP) to provide benefits to eligible individuals who sustain a serious physical injury or die as a direct result of the administration or use of a Covered [COVID] Countermeasure [e.g., a vaccine]. Compensation under the CICP for an injury directly caused by a Covered Countermeasure is based on the requirements set forth in this Declaration, the administrative rules for the Program, and the statute. To show direct causation between a Covered Countermeasure and a serious physical injury, the statute requires ‘compelling, reliable, valid, medical and scientific evidence.’ The administrative rules for the Program further explain the necessary requirements for eligibility under the CICP…”

A quick piece of important history. In the mid-1980s, vaccine manufacturers were facing a blizzard of law suits from parents of vaccine-injured children. The very nervous manufacturers told the government they were going to get out of the vaccine business. The financial hit was going to be too deep.

The government said WAIT. Meetings were held. A plan was devised. A law was passed exempting the manufacturers from financial liability.

Instead, for any of the recommended childhood vaccines, parents had to go to a government court to file a claim for compensation, after their children had been injured or killed by a vaccine.

And the government made this court a VERY tough place to win compensation.

That’s the precise model for this new COVID vaccine court. And it’s based on the same unstated confession that existed in the 1980s: there are MANY vaccine injuries.

Bottom line: the government expects many COVID vaccine injuries.

That’s what they aren’t saying. They’re just preparing. With a new vaccine court. To handle injury and death of children and adults.

That should not give you a warm secure feeling.

Quite the opposite.

“We know—and don’t ask us how—that millions of you are going to get headaches. To prevent that, we’re going to hit all of you on the head with a very heavy sledgehammer. If, ahem, a few of you happen to sustain an injury or die, we have a court where your relatives can try to get money out of us. By the way, in this court, we’ll do everything we can to deny you money. Good luck.”

Yes, the government knows exactly what’s coming when they approve a COVID vaccine. And now, so do you.
