China February exports tumble unexpectedly

(Reuters) - China's exports unexpectedly tumbled in February, swinging the trade balance into deficit and adding to fears of a slowdown in the world's second-largest economy despite the Lunar New Year holidays being blamed for the slide.
DYI Comments:  One month does not make a trend but for the China juggernaut to go negative as opposed to a simple slowdown does raise eyebrows.  To say the least DYI will be watching the China situation closely.  It is well known their massive private sector debt is a bubble ready to burst. The exact timing will be impossible to predict.  The malinvestment is impossible to hide with all of the vacant cities, excess manufacturing, roads, bridges etc.  The seeds are there for a 1930's style depression lasting 10 or more years.
