DYI: Bond yields continue to
climb (as bond prices fall) an excellent starting point for individuals who are
dollar cost averaging. Lump sums
(especially for those retired) beware as bond prices could fall further,
however, for those with a 10 year time horizon (dollar cost averaging) is an
excellent way to bridge over the time horizon waiting for stock market
valuations to come back down to earth.
