Blames Congress for Stopping 2013 US War

The Secretary of State since 2013, John Kerry has held the post through a number of American wars. In his own mind, however, the most prominent war is the one that got away, the announced summer of 2013 US attack on Syria, which never ultimately materialized.
Kerry went on to insist that it wasn’t his nor President Obama’s fault that the war didn’t happen, insisting Obama “never made a decision not to bomb” Syria. Rather, he simply wasn’t able to get Congressional support for the war. Kerry claimed he’d gotten a deal to get the chemical weapons out of Syria because they couldn’t get the war vote through.
DYI:  How is it that a small country such as Syria or Libya is a threat to the U.S.? Obviously my question is rhetorical;  neither of these countries pose any military threat to the U.S. What this is is the globalist move into all of the different Stans for major oil and gas companies.  Those darn pesky Russians - which is their sphere of influence - just simply get in the way.  That is why there is so much rhetoric regarding Russia in an attempt to demonize thus the U.S. population would accept such wars and political posturing.  What happened the majority of the American public has had enough of these continuous wars and has pressured Congress to stymie the State Departments natural resource grab.

The grand prize is the grab for Russian natural resources east of the Ural Mountains but to achieve this the middle east and the "Stans" need to be locked down first.

Please note:  I do not agree with this globalist expansion mentality I'm simply reporting the hows and whys.
