SHOCKER: Absurdly Expensive College Faces $5 MILLION Budget Crisis After Radical Loons Run Wild

Yet another American college is suffering an “unexpected” plunge in enrollment and a massive budget deficit after a series of outbursts by radical fringe protesters and professors.
This time, the school is Oberlin College, a private, 2,900-student enclave of progressivism in small-town Ohio where the cost for a single year of tuition, fees, plus  room and board is $69,372.
Administrators at the private school had hoped to enroll 805 new students this fall. However, only 742 new students actually showed up on campus.
School officials had a cautious total enrollment target of 2,895 students for the fall 2017 semester but actual total enrollment is just 2,815 students currently.
DYI:  (805-742) / 805 x 100 = 7.8% drop in student enrollment.  State colleges or universities this would be nothing more than a hiccup – a due concern moment.  Oberlin College has lived off its legacy as a high quality liberal arts school perennially picking and choosing from a deluge of perspective students.  Between their ever escalating costs and professors who are either outright communists or simply lunatic these well heeled parents – despite their left leaning politics are at the beginning stage breaking point – hence the drop off in enrollment.

Oberlin College is at a crises point and hopefully they recognize the cause for the right reasons – if not - this Ivy League school of the Midwest will continue their spiral downward in attendance.  Control of the administration is priority one for the alumni, instituting cost containment policies to such degree tuition increases only mirror the CPI (consumer price index) AND ridding Marxist socialist communist (and lunatic) professors by early retirements or outright dismissals.  Centering to their classical  liberal arts roots; high quality and standards, with a libertarian focus.  If not the school over the years will devolve into nothing more than a diploma mill private partying school generating a hot bed of future Marxists.
