Believe Nothing...Challenge Everything...Skeptical Citizen is an Informed Citizen!

 Possible Scenarios
1.) Murder
2.) Suicide
3.) Faked His Death

Kentucky State Rep. Dan Johnson dies of 'probable suicide' in Mt. Washington

DYI:
I don’t know whether this was scenario one, two or three.  Matter of fact I know virtually nothing regarding this individual.  What I am saying is when it comes to news reports never take them “as is”.  Reporters will receive a press release do zero checking for authenticity simply to fill product for print or internet newspapers.  What I can say it is very rare for politicians to commit suicide as most are very self centered individuals…So...Murder or faked his death would be my first line of investigation.

Fascist
America?

Yes, the FBI is America's secret police

A 1924 American Civil Liberties Union report warned that the FBI had become “a secret police system of a political character.” In the 1930s, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court feared that the FBI had bugged the conference room where justices privately wrangled over landmark cases, as Tim Weiner noted in his “Enemies: A History of the FBI.” In 1945, President Harry Truman noted that “We want no Gestapo or Secret Police. FBI is tending in that direction.” And FBI chief J. Edgar Hoover compiled a list of 20,000 “potentially or actually dangerous” Americans who could be rounded up and locked away in one of the six detention camps the federal government secretly built in the 1950s.
From 1956 through 1971, the FBI’s COINTELPRO program conducted thousands of covert operations to incite street warfare between violent groups, to get people fired, to smear innocent people by portraying them as government informants, to sic the IRS on people, and to cripple or destroy left-wing, communist, white racist, antiwar, and black organizations (including Martin Luther King Jr.). These operations involved vast numbers of warrantless wiretaps and illicit break-ins and resulted in the murder of some black militants. A Senate Committee chaired by liberal Sen. Frank Church (D-Idaho) issued a damning report on FBI abuses of power that should be mandatory reading for anyone who believes the bureau deserves deference today.
According to Politifact, the FBI is not a “secret police agency” because “the FBI is run by laws, not by whim.” But we learned five years ago that the FBI explicitly teaches its agents that “the FBI has the ability to bend or suspend the law to impinge on the freedom of others.” No FBI official was fired or punished when that factoid leaked out because this has been the Bureau’s tacit code for eons. Similarly, an FBI academy ethics course taught new agents that subjects of FBI investigations have "forfeited their right to the truth." Are liberals so anxious to get Trump that they have swept under the rug the 2015 Washington Post bombshell about false FBI trial testimony that may have sentenced 32 innocent people to death?
DYI:
Amazing article from The Hill, however, they are a main stream media outlet something else is going on.  One possibility is a fight between the old fascist’s guard F.B.I. and C.I.A. with the new upstart fascist’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) combatting over who rules America.  DHS is in the process of running ruff shot over the States controlling the voting process along with competing over control of the latest fake shootings creating a turf war between these government agencies controlled by opposing elite Trillionaires.  This much honesty slamming an out of control police force from day one is a breath of fresh air.  The reason for the disclosure is suspicious.

News

Three Bubbles/Strikes and You're Out

So perhaps we can say that the conventional investment wisdom holds that any asset bubble that bursts will quickly be reflated into an even more extreme asset bubble. That's certainly been the history of the past 17 years.
Central banks don't control the consequences of their policies. If they respond to the popping of the current bubble with tens of trillions in new asset purchases, they might find this policy is nowhere near as effective as when it was unleashed in 2008.
Once markets grasp that central banks have lost control of the consequences of their policies, confidence, faith and trust in central banks "saving the day" will evaporate. The likely result of this realization is that markets will plummet to new lows rather than reach new highs.
Three bubbles/strikes and you're out. Those betting on a fourth bubble of even greater extremes will find their time at bat has come to an end.

Druckenmiller: Central banks are financial world's 'Darth Vader,' creating exploding asset bubbles

"Deflation just doesn't appear out of nowhere and it doesn't happen because you are near the zero bound. Every serious deflation I've looked at is preceded by an asset bubble and then it bursts," he said. "Think about the '20s, a big asset bubble that burst, you have the Depression. Think about Japan. Asset bubble in the '80s. It burst. You have the consequences follow. Think about 2008, 2009."
DYI:
Mr. Market will have his day for in the end he is more powerful than all of the world’s central banks combined.  Stocks, bonds, and real estate (RE especially outside of the U.S.) have been blown to valuation levels beyond the stars.

Mr. Market whether caused by an absence of confidence or privation of buyers these 3 asset categories will not only revert back to their means but blow past them!  DYI’s expectation for stocks from peak to trough over many months is a decline in the magnitude of 55% to 70%!  Stocks held or purchased today go to sleep like Rip Van Winkle awaken 12 years from now your estimated average annual rate of return is – drum roll please – is negative 1.59%!  Of course this is all before fees, commissions, trading impact cost, taxes, and inflation.  Factor those in and depending upon whether these dollars are in a pension or not returns could be as low as negative 6% per year for 12 years.  So…Hold onto your hats and cash better values are ahead!

Main Stream Press
Report Card
F

1. Truth and Accuracy
Journalists cannot always guarantee ‘truth’, but getting the facts right is the cardinal principle of journalism. We should always strive for accuracy, give all the relevant facts we have and ensure that they have been checked. When we cannot corroborate information we should say so.

DYI:  The truth or accuracy??  The main stream press has been in on FAKED SHOOTINGS from day one.  This can be highlighted – there are scores of other examples – by the poster child of zero truth and forget the accuracy Inside Edition.  The “go to” team to pump out propaganda – and thank God its piss poor – highlighted by their interview of twin girls who supposedly endured grievous wounds from the faked Las Vegas shooting yet 36 hours later at the end of the interview gave a cheer from their high school days.

The list of outright deception is endless especially with the use of green or blue screen technology.  Stating up front they have their journalist “on the seen” or should we say “on the screen” providing the details from this eye witness journalist propagandist all from the comforts of a studio hundreds and sometimes thousand of miles away.

2. Independence
Journalists must be independent voices; we should not act, formally or informally, on behalf of special interests whether political, corporate or cultural. We should declare to our editors – or the audience – any of our political affiliations, financial arrangements or other personal information that might constitute a conflict of interest.

DYI:  Independence???  85% (possibly greater) of what you read, hear, or see is from a handful of global media corporations.  Here is a partial list of these tyrants:
  1. Time Warner
  2. Walt Disney Company
  3. Viacom
  4. Vivendi Universal
  5. News Corp
  6. CBS Corporation
  7. Comcast Corporation
  8. Viacom
  9. 21st Century Fox
  10. Bertelsmann AG

Bertelsmann AG??? Never heard of this German corporation despite being the largest publisher in the English language?  You should…They employ 116,434 personnel within the reach of over 50 countries.  Properties include (this is a tiny sample) such as Random House, Ballantine, Doubleday, Bookspan…Titles such as Scientific American Book Club, Book-of-the-Month Club, Discovery Channel Book Club, History Book Club, Primary Teachers Book Club, Intermediate  & Middle Grades Book Club, Family Circle Magazine, Parents Magazine and on and on and on.

How about a little bit of corporate history for Bertie - nickname for Bertelsmann AG - the sponsoring group for the nefarious Nazi SS with connections and contracts to Goebbels’s Reich Ministry of Public Enlightenment and Propaganda making them the largest publisher for the German Army with 19 million books printed.  Old Bertie published their share of Anti-Jewish literature and such touchy feely titles such as the Christmas Book of the Hitler Youth.

Bertie came under political fire as late as 1998 when the company acquired Random House – largest book publisher in the U.S. – by the ageing G.I. and Silent Generation for their participation of anti-Jewish and general propaganda.  Needless to say the sale went ahead and consummated.

The reason I bring up Bertie’s past is not whether they hold onto “the old ways of the Third Reich;” all of these corporation need to come under intense scrutiny.

This consolidation of media power is inversely and proportional to the deprivation of media independence.  What is needed is two fold.  One…Trust bust these massive entities just as Theodore Roosevelt did in his time.  Two…Reduce significantly rules and regulations on small business along with minuscule corporate taxes and zero capital gains for companies less than one billion.  This will flourish capital formation and energize small business formation embedding a constant competition to the big boys whether media outlets or not.  Plus will facilitate job creation on a massive scale.

3. Fairness and Impartiality
Most stories have at least two sides. While there is no obligation to present every side in every piece, stories should be balanced and add context. Objectivity is not always possible, and may not always be desirable (in the face for example of brutality or inhumanity), but impartial reporting builds trust and confidence.

DYI:  Oh My God!...CNN earned the nick name…Clinton News Network and rightfully so!  One of the CNN reporters openly and directly admitted on air they were doing as much as they could to get Hillary Clinton elected.  Amazing!

4. Humanity
Journalists should do no harm. What we publish or broadcast may be hurtful, but we should be aware of the impact of our words and images on the lives of others.

DYI:  Do no harm???  Knowing full well these shootings are FAKE.  Terrifying the American public through journalistic FRAUD is anything but humane.  And by the way while MSM is terrifying the nation – isn’t that a definition of terrorism?

 5. Accountability
A sure sign of professionalism and responsible journalism is the ability to hold ourselves accountable. When we commit errors we must correct them and our expressions of regret must be sincere not cynical. We listen to the concerns of our audience. We may not change what readers write or say but we will always provide remedies when we are unfair.

DYI:  MSM when confronted and exposed fabricated fraudulent news; what to they do?  Double down and triple down with more and more fake news!  There are scores upon scores of citizen video reporters on YouTube, Steemit, or Bitchute, Dailymotion, etc. making a career mocking MSM’s FAKE news.

That’s it; till next time…

Pop Quiz!

Without recourse to your text, your notes or a Google search, what line item is the largest asset in Uncle Sam's financial accounts?

A) U.S. Official Reserve Assets
B) Total Mortgages
C) Taxes Receivable
D) Student Loans

Scroll down to the next post for the answer!

Student Loans
Impoverishment of America’s Youth

DYI:
Since the Great Recession student loans have almost leaped in total dollar volume 1,000% - not a typo – one thousand percent that has now become Uncle Sam’s largest financial asset.  What this program has morphed into is an additional taxing mechanism based upon the interest income all for the benefit of Uncle Sam.  Uncle Sam has become intertwined and benefiting from this scam to fleece America’s young of their financial future.

To drop the cost of higher education is simple – requires massive political will – end all subsidies and student loans.  The cost of higher education will drop like a rock.  It is basic economics 101.  If colleges and universities maintain their unrestrained tuition and other related costs the school will quickly suffer from low student enrollment so much so many of their buildings would stand empty along with massive lay offs of teachers and their bloated administration.  Of course some of the schools will maintain their elitist status – Harvard and Yale – come to mind.  The remaining 4,625 University and Colleges plus 1,462 Community Colleges would go through reorganization; along with different forms of bankruptcies thus driving down their costs.  Five years later – of gut wrenching political fight – costs would once again be within the range of working a part time job, a little help from Mom and Dad, graduating within 2 years for a Community College and 4 years from a University DEBT FREE!  You cannot charge more than your customer can afford unless debt financing is used.  Offering debt financing the student that cannot file bankruptcy…THAT’S THE SCAM!

Main Stream Media:
Death by a thousand cuts of Stupidity!
FRIDAY WAS ONE of the most embarrassing days for the U.S. media in quite a long time. The humiliation orgy was kicked off by CNN, with MSNBC and CBS close behind, with countless pundits, commentators and operatives joining the party throughout the day. By the end of the day, it was clear that several of the nation’s largest and most influential news outlets had spread an explosive but completely false news story to millions of people, while refusing to provide any explanation of how it happened.
 DYI
Stock Market Valuation
Greater than all U.S. History!
US large cap stocks are the most overvalued in history, higher than prior speculative mania market peaks in 1929 and 2000.  We prove it conclusively across six comprehensive dimensions:
1. Price to Sales
2. Price to Book
3. Enterprise Value to Sales
4. Enterprise Value to EBITDA
5. Price to Earnings
6. Enterprise Value to Free Cash Flow
Brutal bear markets and recessions have historically followed from record valuations like we have today, and this time will almost certainly be no different. Not even positive macro factors like low interest rates, low inflation, or recently improving earnings growth can justify today’s extreme valuation levels. As we show herein, that was the same backdrop that we had in 1929, the setup to the biggest market crash in history and the Great Depression.
DYI:
Excellent 23 page report with plenty of easy to understand charts showing conclusively the market is now more overvalued in U.S. stock market history!  Obviously this will not end well with a deflationary smash on the horizon with world wide central banks digitally printing money at a rate no one thought possible.  First deflation; with negative interest rates going out as far as the 5 year T-notes and even possibly 10 year T-bonds as well. Then inflation as all of the digital printing “kicks in” is DYI’s scenario for the American economy.  Hopefully enough fully awake citizens will rise up after taking a left hook to the gut – deflation – and then a right upper cut square on the chin – inflation – DEMANDING THE CLOSING OF OUR CENTRAL BANK.

Be as that may be…Protect yourself with high levels of cash modest position in precious metals mining shares [along with physical gold and silver] and zero stocks.  Long term bonds are at a historically high (sub atomic low rates) with DYI’s model portfolio only holding a 1% position.

In a deflationary smash interest rates will fall significantly posting profits for the more daring speculators.  Here at DYI our formula will increase our exposure as rates improve thus increasing your rate of compounding.  Until dividend yields and/or interest rates improve DYI will maintain my ultra conservative stance.

DYI’s MISSION:

First and foremost is preservation of principal then to outperform over rolling 5 year periods the return on stocks – 10.2% - since 1926.  Please note we are currently living in of MASSIVE overvaluation creating scorching red hot returns for stocks DYI has no doubt under performed my benchmark of 10.2% for the past 5 years.  When the bust arrives DYI will catch up pronto passing the speculators with no money to put to work.

With that said DYI is a compounder…The concept is simple my formulas increases or decreases the model portfolio depending upon the asset above or below their respective long term mean since 1871.  Here is another way to explain our formulas – this is what they do – would you prefer do compound your money at a dividend yield (stock example) of 2% or 6%?  No it’s not a trick question.  Of course 6 is better than 2.  For a more in depth explanation; click at the top of the blog – INVESTMENT METHOD.

Teachers sue California because too many students can't read

Dec. 5 (UPI) -- Current and former teachers and students of California's public education system filed a lawsuit against the state Tuesday because too many of its students can't read.

Robert Mueller’s investigation of the Trump administration confirms the overarching power of the national-security establishment section of the federal government and what happens when a president bucks that power. No, there is no war going on between Russia and the United States, at least not in the shooting and bombing sense. This war is a repeat of the old Cold War that began after World War II, when U.S. officials decreed that America’s World War II partner and ally, the Soviet Union (whose principal member was Russia), was now to be considered an official enemy by the American people.
Central to any national-security state is the need for official enemies, ones that are used to frighten and agitate the citizenry. If there are no official enemies, the American citizenry might begin asking some discomforting questions: What do we need a national-security state for? Why not abolish the CIA and dismantle the military-industrial complex and the NSA. Why can’t we have our limited-government, constitutional republic back?
From 1945–1989, Russia (i.e., the Soviet Union) and the communists served that function well. They were coming to get us, U.S. officials said. Communist Cuba was their dagger, they maintained. The dominoes were in danger of falling, beginning in Korea and Vietnam. The military, the State Department, and Hollywood were filled with communists. Martin Luther King and the civil rights movement were Fifth Columnists, ready to lead the way to a communist takeover of the federal government. The U.S. Communist Party and the Fair Play for Cuba Committee were agents of the international communist conspiracy to take over the world. Voters in Latin America were electing self-proclaimed socialists and communists to public office. The United States itself was moving in a socialist direction, as manifested by the adoption of Social Security.
DYI:
The author Jacob Hornberger is correct the shadow government needs the big bad boogey man for the elite’s Military Industrial Complex can spend, spend, and spend making billions.  Don’t have enemies.  Conjure them up out of thin air; then bomb the hell out of the latest “enemy” until the people being bombed become so enraged they become “real enemies!”  Of course notice that the wars since WWII are with countries that have zero capability of bringing death and mayhem to our shores.  North Korea has figured this out if you give up your nukes highly likely you will be attacked all for the profit of the elite’s Military Industrial Complex.  Have nukes and a delivery system you get respect and don’t get bombed.  Simple as that!
