Maryland: Cops Shoot Man to Death In His Home For Resisting Gun Confiscation
Police in the Democrat haven of Maryland shot and killed a man in his home on Monday while serving a "protective order" under a new law which allows them to seize people's guns without due process.
Since the new gun confiscation law went into effect on October 1st, police have carried out 114 such confiscation orders, which comes out to over 3 such seizures every day.
Unconstitutional Gun Confiscations
Red Flag Laws allows law enforcement to take away your guns without any due process. All they need to do is put you on their dangerous list. [Its things like this that caused the Diplomat to create his Property, Guns and Liberty Course.] ANYONE can call in and complain about you potentially being a danger. The police then have the legal "authority" to hold a secret meeting without your presence in which they can completely revoke your gun rights. This then leads to a No-Knock Warrant in which law enforcement enacts the Dynamic Breach, invade your home and take your guns.
The gun grabbers have already said that we are ‘Terrorists’ so it’s not too much of a stretch for them to claim every gun owner is “dangerous” for just having them....These laws flip the Constitutional principle of innocent until proven guilty on its head. Now with these laws, you can be deprived of your liberty on someone’s word in a one-sided hearing without your knowledge."
DYI: With
the coming and going of the mid-term elections priority should be relegated to
core constitutional and/or massive economic freedom based initiatives promoted
by the people. In other words maintain a
fire under the asses of both political parties.
Red Flag Laws are an abomination of our constitutional guarantee of due
process of law. If you’re an ardent
progressive – and not a closet fascist’s – this flipping upside down of the constitution
is seen as outrageous! A staunch
Libertarian would see this as State – as in our 50 States – TRYANNY!
All politicians, law enforcement, district attorneys,
military all take an oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of
the United States. Even the dumbest of
the dumb will know presuming an individual guilty [and by secret meetings no less]
is not just unconstitutional it is against everything Americans hold sacred! Politicians promoting this claptrap have no
excuse except one; they are TRAITORS to the constitution as they hold dear
fascist ideals!
