The War Against Alternative Information

The U.S. establishment is not content simply to have domination over the media narratives on critical foreign policy issues, such as Syria, Ukraine and Russia. It wants total domination. Thus we now have the “Countering Foreign Propaganda and Disinformation Act” that President Obama signed into law on Dec. 23 as part of the National Defense Authorization Act for 2017, setting aside $160 million to combat any “propaganda” that challenges Official Washington’s version of reality.

DYI:  For those of you who are unaware "Crises Actors" have been employed [directly or indirectly] by our government as a fake witness to certain news events delivering the political class narrative. Sandy Hook fake school shooting is the classic driving the narrative for the gun grab road show.  At least no one was killed - however this terrorized [which is the government intent] U.S. citizens into accepting additional gun control laws.

If this bill is not repealed pronto as with all government agencies their dollars and power will only grow over time.  $160 million will quickly become $500 million and before you know it this will become a multi-billion dollar agency spewing out around the world propaganda.  As with any war, the first casualty in this information war is the truth.
