DYI:  The Smith-Mundt Modernization Act of 2012 opened the floodgates completely for any propaganda the elites deemed necessary for their control and survival.  Today’s FAKE SHOOTINGS are nothing more than State terror in order to keep the populous malleable to Federal control plus keep our citizens distracted from real events of substance and of significant consequences.  Such as runaway health care costs [not the insurance] expanding on average 10% per year.  Missing dollars; Housing Urban Development – Department of Defense to the toon of 21 trillion over the last 20 years cannot be account for.  Student loans that have “jack up” the cost of higher education creating an army of debt slaves.  And of course there is the ever present gun control issue chipping away at Americans 2^nd Amendment Right.
